Synopsis: Handy cooking measurements conversion references in chart form including bar drink measurements and oven temperature gas mark numbers. Our cooking conversion charts and tables also show American Standard to metric measurements, and include Volume and Weight measurements. Always use cup and spoon measures for dry and solid ingredients and a cooking measuring jug for liquid ingredients.
